Annual maintenance works
Tue 24th Jun 2025 at 08:00Homes England’s landscape contractors will be carrying out planned landscape maintenance works at Brislington Meadows and Sinnott House on Thursday 26 June.
The works include grass cutting to the verge on Bonville Road as part of routine maintenance to keep the grass verge maintained. Weed spraying will also be carried out on the hardstanding at Sinnott House as part of routine maintenance to control the weed growth.
Homes England’s ecologist has confirmed there are no ecological issues with these routine works, however the contractor will withdraw from site if there is evidence of any ground nesting birds or reptiles.
In response to a request from a member of the public about safety of pedestrians using the pavement on Broomhill Road, where the hedge is encroaching from Sinnott House, the landscape contractor will cut the pavement side of the hedge on Thursday 26 June, subject to ecology checks for nesting birds.
Keepmoat appointed
Mon 14th Apr 2025 at 09:00Homes England is pleased to confirm that Keepmoat has now been appointed as the developer for Brislington Meadows. They will now prepare a Reserved Matters planning application, which will include public consultation later in the year. It is currently anticipated that work will start on-site in 2026
